First Aid Services Privacy Notice
LifeTech EMS LLC — Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This notice explains how LifeTech EMS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and handles personal information in connection with the on-site first aid services we provide at events under contract with the venue and/or event promoter (“Venue Management”). This notice applies only to information collected as part of providing first aid or medical assistance at an event. It does not apply to any other information Ticketmaster, Live Nation, the venue, or the event promoter may separately collect from you, which is addressed in their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

When we provide first aid or medical assistance to an attendee at an event, we may collect:
•    Name and contact information (such as phone number, email address, or seat/section location) sufficient to reach the attendee or a designated emergency contact;
•    Basic information about the nature of the injury or incident and the assistance provided, to the extent necessary to deliver appropriate care and to complete a standard incident report.
We only collect the information necessary to provide first aid, to allow Venue Management to follow up if needed, and to maintain a basic incident record.
In addition, LifeTech EMS LLC may collect personal health information (“PHI”), such as medical history, current medications, allergies, vital signs, and details of treatment provided, for purposes of completing our Patient Care Report (“PCR”). This PHI is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and is maintained separately from the contact information described above. PHI collected for the PCR is NOT provided to Venue Management and is used solely for our own clinical documentation, quality assurance, and any legally required medical recordkeeping.

How We Use This Information

We use the information we collect solely to:
•    Provide first aid and medical assistance to the attendee;
•    Enable Venue Management to contact the attendee afterward, if Venue Management needs to follow up regarding the incident (for example, for safety, insurance, or incident-reporting purposes); and
•    Complete internal incident documentation for the event.
We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the first aid incident.

Who We Share This Information With

We share incident information containing an attendee's contact information only with Venue Management, so that Venue Management can contact the attendee if needed. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with any other third party, except:
•    Where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request); or
•    Where necessary to protect the health or safety of the attendee or others (for example, coordinating with emergency medical services).
We do not use this information for our own marketing purposes, and we do not share it with any marketing, advertising, or data broker of any kind.

Data Retention

We do not retain the list of attendee contact information beyond what is necessary to complete the incident report and provide it to Venue Management. Once the incident report has been delivered to Venue Management, we securely delete the attendee's personal information from our own records. We do not maintain an ongoing database of attendee contact information.

Your Choices and Rights

Because we collect this information only in the course of providing first aid, and delete it promptly afterward, we do not maintain a standing account or profile for attendees. If you have questions about information collected during a first aid encounter, or would like to know what information (if any) we still hold about you, please contact us using the information below. If you believe Venue Management, Live Nation, or Ticketmaster holds information about you, please refer to their applicable privacy policy for how to exercise your rights with them directly.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information collected during first aid encounters from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Effective Date” above indicates when this notice was last revised.
