You're a direct W-2 employee -- not a 1099 contractor. That means robust scheduling, Workers' Compensation coverage, and real accountability on both sides of the relationship.
PICK YOUR SHIFTS
Day and evening availability. Our scheduling system lets you choose your own shifts around your life and other obligations.
EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
We supply everything -- company uniform shifts, professional-grade medical equipment and supplies, AEDs, O2, and BLS medications on every shift. You show up ready to work.
REAL PATIENT CONTACT
You will have the opportunity to assess and treat patients across the full range of acuity. This is not a place where we just hand out band-aids and do concussion checks. If you want to build your clinical professional resume, this place is for you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EMTS & PARAMEDICS - MN LICENSED

Active Minnesota EMT or Paramedic license in good standing. EMS experience is preferred, but professionalism and enthusiasm also matter.

Team-oriented -- you'll integrate with venue security, event operations staff, and your LifeTech colleagues. Being easy to work with matters alongside clinical skill.
